The first-floor addition was to create more internal area for the residence consisting of, 2 bedrooms both with walk in robes, ensuite to the master bedroom, IT nook, living to the side and large void area to the front to create a high ceiling from the ground floor to the first floor on where the stairs are located. A rear balcony off the living area for outdoor living and views.
