First floor addition & balcony to a home located in Edensor Park

This first floor addition when meeting with the client was to have an internal stair located next to the main bedroom on ground floor, which the client wishes to maintain with a small retreat to the side. The first-floor additions were to accommodate 3 x bedrooms, 1 x bedrooms to have walk in robe with ensuite and leading out to a balcony which faces the front of the property. The other bedrooms to have built in robes, linen cupboard and bathroom located in the middle of the design.

This was a great project to work on, a first-floor addition which has the character a Hampton Classic look, the design was to remove one of the internal bedrooms on ground floor and have the stairs located there with a study to the side. The first floor was to have 2 x bedroom with large walk-in robes and ensuite to both rooms, the main bedroom to have balcony off the room that faces the front of the property. The stairs to have a void area and access to hallway and linen cupboard as well.
