This was a great project to work on, the design brief was to create a simple design to the outside in form of construction to have a cube (box) design to complement the existing traditional residence in Lilyfield. The internal design was to have the stairs located in the hallway which took a little space from the existing bedroom, the stairs lead to the first floor addition that has a small lobby where the stairs finish 3 x bedroom with the main bedroom to the front, that has assess via hallway with linen cupboards running the side for plenty of storage, the main consists of ensuite and walk in robe, other bedrooms with built in robe, and main bathroom assess from the hallway close to the other two bedrooms located to the rear.

This is another project that was a large alteration and first floor additions to an existing residence, the ground floor alteration consists of removing the Kitchen, internal family room, bedroom 4, laundry and hallways, the proposed ground floor consists of new kitchen with butler’s pantry that has access to the laundry, and open plan living and dining which leads out to an alfresco area to the rear and side. The first floor consists of 4 x bedroom, main bedroom to have ensuite and walk in robe and balcony as well facing the front of the property, the other bedrooms have built in robe, main bathroom and stairs have a void and access to hallways,
