When design the proposed first floor addition for the client, in the existing residence they had a large entry foyer leading into a living area, this was a great location for the stairs which did not eat in too much to the existing floor area of the existing. The first-floor addition consists of 3 x bedroom, main bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite, the other bedrooms with built in robe, main bathroom, linen cupboard for storage, while the stairs leading to open sitting room which leads out to a rear balcony for indoor and outdoor living experience.
