This was a great project to work on, the design brief was to create a simple design to the outside in form of construction to have a cube (box) design to complement the existing traditional residence in Lilyfield. The internal design was to have the stairs located in the hallway which took a little space from the existing bedroom, the stairs lead to the first floor addition that has a small lobby where the stairs finish 3 x bedroom with the main bedroom to the front, that has assess via hallway with linen cupboards running the side for plenty of storage, the main consists of ensuite and walk in robe, other bedrooms with built in robe, and main bathroom assess from the hallway close to the other two bedrooms located to the rear.
